“Bivens Bend” in the house!!
The majority of the Bivens Bend homeowners showed up for the Willowick Annual Meeting. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend, it was a great meeting.
Board meetings
Board Meetings are typically the 3rd Thursday of each month. They are held at REMAX Northwest, 6401 Cypresswood Ste 100, Spring, TX 77379 at 7:15 pm. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend. If you would like something placed on the agenda for the meeting please make sure to email sussan.martinez@montagecommunityservices.com and that item will go on the agenda.
Pay your dues online
Pay your dues online by clicking here. You can choose your association and your account number is on your statement. If you use the pay by check option, there are no additional fees. If you pay with your debit card the bank charges $4.95 and if you pay with a credit card the fee is 2.95% of the balance paid. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to call 832-600-4142.

Deed restrictions
Top three deed restrictions cited for Willowick Forest:
- 1. storing trailers, boats and cars in driveways: Boats, trailers and RV's can be in the community for loading and unloading purposes only, 24 to 48 hours.
- 2. trash cans: please store your trash cans out of view on non-trash days. They are not allowed to be stored on your driveway in plain view.
- 3. yard maintenance: this includes pulling weeds from the flower beds, trimming bushes and shrubs and trimming trees
